Crunchy Tuna Salad
No muss, no fuss…
Here’s the recipe for a “healthier” tuna salad.

Ingredients
16oz Broccoli, steamed
(2) 12oz Albacore Tuna
6 tbs Wishbone EVOO Lemon Herb Salad Dressing
2 tbs Mayo
3 tbs Slivered Almonds, toasted
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Steam Broccoli until softened and shred in a food processor.
Toast the slivered almonds for couple minutes and then shred in the food processor.
Combine all ingredients and serve on a toasted english muffin or eat with crackers.
