Crunchy Tuna Salad

No muss, no fuss…

Here’s the recipe for a “healthier” tuna salad.

Serving Size: 1/4 cup

Calories per serving: 144cal

Ingredients

  • 16oz Broccoli, steamed

  • (2) 12oz Albacore Tuna

  • 6 tbs Wishbone EVOO Lemon Herb Salad Dressing

  • 2 tbs Mayo

  • 3 tbs Slivered Almonds, toasted

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Steam Broccoli until softened and shred in a food processor.

  2. Toast the slivered almonds for couple minutes and then shred in the food processor.

  3. Combine all ingredients and serve on a toasted english muffin or eat with crackers.
