Save your unraveling denim shorts

Have you ever bought a pair of denim shorts or skirt that didn't have a hem on them? Then you wash them and the bottom has frayed more than it already was. Here is a quick tip on how to stop your shorts from continuing to unravel.

Materials:
- Sewing Machine
-Sewing Machine Needle
-Sewing Machine Bobbin
-Thread (either matching to denim or to the color of thread already on the shorts/skirt)

Instructions:

1. Set up your machine with needle/thread/bobbin

2. Determine how close you can sew to the already unraveled 

3. Stich a straight line across
-for more security, after I stitched once I went ahead and went over that line again.
